Finally, I am back after 2 months of travel. In this post, I show you the highlights of my trip around Europe and Japan, specifically the food and nature highlights.
- Japan: Nuff said. Food, fun, shopping everything - I just wished they did more veggies in general LOL
- Spain: Cheap and DELICIOUS food when I went there (daily sangrias were a thing), friendly people, interesting architecture - I miss Spain so much as it reminded me of a Europe version of australia hahaha
- Singapore: I got so fat from the food - hawker centre visits at 12am, i judged myself so hard for this but the late night bakuteh was justifiable - and chicken rice if it was available that late.
Hey, really enjoyed reading this. I can relate as some years ago I also took a 2 month break and travelled with my wife through Asia. Cannot wait to do it again. I might write about it as well. I Never knew how to condense it but your article kind of inspired me.
Im dying for a big trip like this now 🥲🥲🥲

My favorite 3 spots:
Malaysia’s George Town - best food ever;
Vietnam - friendliest people;
Mongolia - most beautiful nature.
It took me forever and many iterations to figure out how to condense it! There's always so much to write about. :)
I'm intrigued by Mongolia and Vietnam - never been, but definitely inspired to after you mentioned that it has beautiful nature.
